Now that we know that schools are mainly closing on from Friday 20^th March Durham Music Service will be offering the following:

Small Group teaching

• Provide webcam teaching for all small group pupils from 20^th April
• Continue to provide work and practice for pupils via YUMU accounts

Remote learning and Whole Class teaching

• Provide online resource for pupils and parents at home for remote learning, at least one lesson plan per week per year group.
• Develop a ‘webinar’ offer so pupils and parents can log on and make music with a member of DMS staff.

Support schools

• Continue to support schools that remain open for certain pupil groups.

In each context we are currently developing how that will work on a individual basis and will share as soon as we know.
