Young brass players enjoyed performing to Mrs James and telling her all about their musical learning and the fun they have making music together. East Area Music Group Christmas Concert

We hope you can attend the East Durham Christmas Concert at Wellfield Community School on Wednesday 6th December. Music Groups from all over East Durham will be coming to take part.
Senior Wind Band Christmas Concert

Senior Wind Band will be playing at Carrville Methodist Church on Friday 8th December. A lively evening of festive music for wind band, to get everyone in a Christmassy mood! Concert starts at 7 p.m. - no ticket required. Donations to be taken to cover costs and fund the band. Pupils please arrive at 6 p.m.
DMS Whitworth Park Rock and Pop Band

This group is open to pupils in the Spennymoor area who play guitars, drums, keyboards or sing. We rehearse every Thursday from 3-4pm at Whitworth Park Academy and prepare songs for live performances across the school year. This group is open to students working at Grade 3 upwards in guitars, drums, keyboards, vocals.
