Durham City Run 24

A team of runners from Durham Music is joining the Durham City Run Festival on Thursday 18^th July to raise funds for Durham Music Trust.

Beckie Howard, Strings Teacher and experienced road and fell runner will be leading the way. This year, she wants to encourage as many of the Durham Music community as she can to join her, including staff, students, and friends of Durham Music Service.

"This is an exciting opportunity to get active for a great cause. The Durham City Run Festival is a beautiful route and offers something for everyone, from novice to competitive runner. I'm really looking forward to supporting my DMS colleagues in their build-up to the event, and can't wait to see us all cross the finish line"

Durham Music Trust supports young people's music-making by providing bursaries for families to support access to instrumental and vocal lessons and keeps all 34 of our music groups free of charge.
