Built from the city’s rich and ancient choral tradition, the Durham University Chamber Choir comprises 20 competitively auditioned choral singers, all of whom are students at Durham University, a number of whom also sing as choral scholars at the Cathedral or in the various chapels of the university. This close-knit group of singers regularly receives praise for its consistent ensemble sound and finesse; they perform a wide range of repertoire both in Durham and internationally.
