Lisa Dooley joined us in February 2012 and is Business Manager for Durham Music Service (DMS). Her main roles are to be responsible for the strategic planning in relation to business and support services for DMS including personnel, estate, administration and financial management ensuring we are effective and efficient at all times. She also works alongside the Development Manager to source and coordinate new income streams which are supportive of the ethos of the Hub and as a member of the leadership team has responsibility for creating and sharing our vision and the profile of the hub.

Lisa joined us in February 2012 having previously worked for the Youth Offending service where she was recognised corporately as an ‘outstanding newcomer’.  She started the first eleven years of her professional career in the private sector working for British Airways covering multiple roles including project manager, corporate customer relations and customer strategy officer.
