Lessons are fun and the music teachers are great at liaising with class teachers to tailor the lessons to not only deliver the music curriculum, but to suit the interests and needs of the children.

Mr Scott Jordane, Class Teacher,

Welcome to Durham Music Service’s range of services for 2022-2023.

I am thrilled to offer your school the best music making available for all age groups levels, and abilities. Our lessons put practical music

I am very proud of the offer for all schools in Durham and Darlington, the consistent high level of teaching from DMS expert staff and the musical progress pupils make during lessons.

All schools in Durham and Darlington can access subsided teaching time and there is a great variety of musical learning on offer. Our team will be in touch with all schools during the Spring Term 2022 and we look forward to working with you to develop your school’s musical provision, ensuring all pupils have a fantastic time making music together.
